Come work for Tampa's leading Hispanic radio group - WLCC/WMGG AM! Our Tampa regional area stations currently seeks a highly organized and self-motivated Sales Assistant. This exciting and challenging role will directly support the General Sales Manager and will serve as liaison to the Sales Division.

• Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills
• Time flexibility and the willingness to participate in promotional events
• Ability to both write and speak in Spanish and English
• 2+ years office experience, business background a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Assist in all Sales/Promotion related events, maintaining clear communication regarding all factors that impact the Station
• Provide administrative support to Account Executives in the Sales Department
• Participate in set up and execution of station remote broadcasts
• Organize and keep all Account Executive's lists updated
• Produce PowerPoint presentations and packages for sales meetings
• Gather and deliver all expected Business Reports each Friday before 5 p.m.
• Follow up with Account Executives on aging reports and collections
• Provide coverage to the Receptionist during any absence (lunch breaks, vacation, etc).
