Our Tampa stations currently seek experienced radio sales professionals who understand the explosive growth within the Hispanic broadcast industry.

• Must be an aggressive individual who possesses strong interpersonal, marketing and presentation skills.
• Experience working with advertising agencies.
• Proficiency with Arbitron software, Microsoft Office and navigating the Internet
• Valid drivers license and insured car will be required
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus but not necessary.
• Willingness to make a lot of money!!

Business Development

• Identify new customers, then skillfully market and sell advertising time to them
• Manage all aspects of the bid-to-contract process by establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Foster repeat business through strong customer service and follow-up

Accountability

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Insure integrity by following company standards and policies
• Consistent analysis of media competition to generate new leads
• Comply with weekly and monthly reporting schedules
