Tampa, FL: Account Executive

We currently seek an integral team player to join the Sales Division in Tampa.

Qualifications
  • Spanish fluency preferred
  • Must be a go-getter who possesses strong interpersonal, marketing, presentation skills
  • A proven track record of exceptional media or product sales
  • 2 years minimum sales experience preferably in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, or Entertainment
  • Excel, MS Office and Internet proficiency
  • This is an outside sales job therefore a valid driver's license and insured car will be required
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE GUIDELINES:

Business Development

  • Implement "Needs Analysis" Strategy to identify new customers, then skillfully market and sell advertising time to them
  • Manage all aspects of the bid-to-contract process by establishing and maintaining client relationships
  • Foster repeat business through strong customer service and follow-up
GSM GUIDELINES:

Accountability

  • Meet sales goal monthly as devised by GSM
  • Insure integrity by following company standard for calculation and invoicing for all sales transactions
  • Complete and deliver weekly business report to the Sales Assistant by Friday at 3 p.m.
  • Consistent analysis of media competition to generate new leads
  • Attend weekly meeting with GSM to review prospects, daily call sheets, itineraries, and overall business analysis
